A small election of images from my personal and professional work.

There are many styles and approaches to photography. None of them are ‘the right way’. But I hope you enjoy mine.

I believe that all rules of image creation are there to be broken and adapted for personal satisfaction (primarily) or to tell a story for the benefit of others. The sweet spot sits somewhere in between, I think, but ultimately having ‘an eye for an image’ is 95% of what makes great photography. Whatever tools and techniques you employ.

I’m currently working on and writing up a personal research project related to my grandfather: exploring, gathering, discovering and curating.

I also support the Digitisation Project related to heritage images and ephemera for Bletchley Park Trust.

Future projects will explore a range of subject-led ideas, from physical art pieces, to film, audio and creative writing.

If you have an interest or any questions about my work and practice, including licensing and commissions, please just get in touch.
