About

I’m a photographer, artist and aspiring writer developing a portfolio of projects that explore and respond to heritage, culture, industry and community; from still and moving visuals, to audio, to creative and exploratory writing and physical artwork.

Following a diverse career of change leadership roles across the private, public and charitable sectors, I ran a successful photography business for over 15 years. My work focused on capturing authentic images (i.e. unstaged, real-life reportage) to support the marketing and brand communications strategies for diverse businesses, organisations and projects, alongside creating abstract photo-artwork installations for buildings/display.

My practice is currently focused on expanding and diversifying my research, creative exploration and artistic output across a range of media and organisations, whilst remaining open to collaborative project conversations and commissions.

Alongside my practice, my interests range from ancestry research, exploring 20th Century ephemera, the built and natural environment, sports cars and being a keen supporter of grass-roots indie bands and music. I am also a volunteer in the Collections at Bletchley Park, working on the digitisation of their photogrpahy and ephemera archive.
