I spend a lot of time collecting limited-edition vinyl and attending small venue indie gigs supporting up-and-coming bands and musicians. For more of that, read on…

Simply brilliant. @melaniebakermusic and her excellent band in a small venue at @roughtradedenmarkst - great sound and destined for great things! LP out now!
Such energy from Swedish powerhouse @girlscouttheband last night ably supported by @slumberldn and faves @my1sttime who properly brought it, as always. #yoho
All went off at @camdenassembly last night with @bleech_9.3 What a polished, passionate and high-energy performance, matched only by the adoring crowd. Stoked to see them in such a tiny venue - probably for the last time... 🇮🇪
After a little music with the ace @yardactband in London, now down in the car park at @nath_brudenell in Leeds - such a great new set of tunes. Onward! ✌🏼YA😍 #YGNALM
What a day to be alive. The state of everything…up close and personal in a sweaty warehouse with the sublime @yardactband 🤘🏼 #YGNALM

The amazing @manwomanchainsaw headlining Ceremony 5.5 at @bedfordesquires - video of the excellent 'Only Girl' from the rail. Sound on, obvs. Full 4K version on YouTube - /shaunarmstrong965 or via linkinbio. Very much looking forward to their debut album and buying too many vinyl variants later this year 😎🤘🏼
Stunning limited edition citrus press of the latest EP from @westsidecowboyyy - band on a mission! Big gig at @scalaldn next week - gonna be a good ‘un. #newvinyl #newbands #limitededitionvinyl
First gig of 2026 sets a high bar - the amazing @themolotovs at a sold-out @bedfordesquires - what a performance and what energy! This band will be BIG! Matt and Issy’s Rickenbacker guitars with shades of The Jam, Clem Burke chops from Noah on drums and snarling leaps that would give a 1978 Sting a run for his money. Grabbed a few iPhone pix from the rail. Debut album ‘Wasted on Youth’ 30/1/26.
Absolutely Anytime live at Camden Assembly on Friday 17th October 2025. We were treated to first plays of new tracks from forthcoming EP 'Fall Apart Together' including this amazing track 'Dusty' which I think is simply brilliant. Everyone in this band contributes to create something special and it's a pleasure to support their growing success. Big love to Conrad, India, Noush, Red and Sam ☆ @absolutelyanytimeband Video on YouTube in 4K https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XxqrOzB2lo&feature=youtu.be

Stoked to pick up one of the super-limited blue @humaninterestband vinyls to add to the set. And 10/10 for going hard on the ‘please decorate it as you wish’ front 👌🏼Thx Tyler and Cat 🙏

Sublime sold-out ‘Undergrowth’ show by Billy Nomates @metalhorse_tor at @bedfordesquires last night - love the new jazzy/funky live drums and bass refreshing some classics and some new stuff ahead of 2025. And really warm/fun banter between songs too. Nice one 🤘🏼
